The white line running along the edge of your roof does a lot of quiet work. It closes the roof timbers off from the weather, it vents the loft, and it carries the gutter. When it fails, the roof starts to fail with it.

Fascias and bargeboards
Old timber fascias rot, especially on the shaded elevations. We clad or replace with UPVC boards, fitted with stainless fixings onto sound timber, or capped where the existing timber is solid but unsightly.
Soffits
Vented soffits are the correct spec on almost every house. They let the roof breathe, which is what stops condensation in the loft and keeps the felt working. We fit continuous vent or circular inserts depending on the detail.
Guttering
Half round, ogee, square, in white, black, grey or brown. We measure and cut on site, fit to correct falls, and make good around hoppers and downpipes. If you've had overflow problems, we look at the fall and the pipe run, not just the gutter.
