- Full re-point in lime or OPC mortar to match

UPVC board replacement and full gutter runs.
- 9mm or 18mm UPVC fascia boards, colour matched
- Vented soffit for roof airflow

Lead Flashing
Code 4 and Code 5 lead around chimneys, abutments and dormers.
- Stepped flashings cut into brick joints
- Soakers under every course at abutments

Moss Removal
Soft scrape and biocide treatment. No pressure washers.
- Hand scrape with soft tools
- Biocide wash to kill the spores

Scaffolding
Full scaffold for every pitched roof job. In house, tagged, checked.
